In addition to these full-time positions, Broken Arrow Ranch hires a full summer staff every year to run our summer camp programs. Ensuring the safety and well-being of campers is a top priority. That's why we carefully select our full-time summer staff each year with a thorough process. Every staff member undergoes an application review, provides references, and undergoes a comprehensive background check. Additionally, each applicant is required to have an interview with our camp director to ensure they meet our high standards of excellence.
